Unlike other RMC’s who are limited to using their own offices or a selected “a preferred global partner” in each location Heart Relocation recognised that each location has multiple providers each with their own strengths, specialisms or unique qualities. As a result Heart Relocation has sought to understand these unique identifiers in each provider of services in each location to build up a detailed database of those core skills and use them to determine, on a case by case basis, which partner provides the best fit with the relocating family. We are not restricted to using one preferred provider in each location but simply have the ability to search through a range of providers and hand pick the local consultant. 

The assignee has secure access to their own relocation activity whenever they choose to interact with it. Their carefully designed portal gives them the ability to upload and download important documents, connect directly with their Consultant and access a vast amount of helpful and useful information as well as features such as the relocation timeline and checklists.
