Rebecca “Becks” Sheldon has lived and worked around the world and having moved with her children she really understands the challenges of relocating. Having trained as a dancer Becks has performed Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth and got to meet her. Outside of work Becks list family, travel and Yoga as her interests.

Which Movie would you love to be the star off?

The movie I would have loved to have starred in has to be ….. Dirty Dancing (as 'Baby' obviously!), awesome dance routine's, soundtrack and era!

My Favourite Food

Favourite food is Lebanese food, followed closely by Thai! I'm a real foodie

If I could time travel to any point of time where would I go first?

If I could time travel to any point, I think it would be to the 50's/60's. Reason being, all the popular dance styles, music and socialising. The jive, jitterbug, swing etc...so cool! The birth of Motown music... I'm an old soul musically, so I would have been in my element with all the music and dance!

My proudest moment?

Ah, it's got to be the kids and their achievements as opposed to my own moments. I'm a bit of a risk taker, I'm proud of that characteristic and I recently climbed to the peak of a volcano!

Nurture your health and wellbeing moderately so its sustainable! Consistency and moderation is key.
